I just locked myself out of my apartment and already had the worst fears. You know all sorts of stories about fraudulent locksmiths who come, unnecessarily drill locks, then write exorbitantly high bills and leave damage. I had a correspondingly uneasy feeling about calling the locksmith… but I had no other option. I then decided to call the locksmith West, which had very good Google reviews and, to my luck, was also just around the corner. Within a few minutes, an employee was at my door and after the obligatory ID check, he got straight to work. With a few targeted moves and less than 15 seconds of work, he had opened the door! I was impressed! An absolute professional!! Now, of course, there was still the bill, and that was completely clear as well. At €90, in my opinion, an absolutely fair price! Of course, I wish no one to lock themselves out of their apartment, but if it should happen, you will definitely find help at locksmith West! A perfect example that there are still professional and honest craftsmen! If I could give 6 stars, I would do so! Keep it up!!!

Very quick arrival and very friendly staff. The door opening itself took a long time, but this was due to the difficult lock in a very old door. Despite the fact that a second employee had to come in and the whole thing took well over an hour, the "normal" price was charged. Definitely recommendable.
